An Item Is Missing

Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us at service@bigtimebattery.com and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you

 

My Order Didn't Arrive

You should have received an email with tracking information. Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to: www.fedex.com for FEDEX shipments, or www.usps.com for Postal Orders

An Item Is Damaged or Defective

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.
If an item you ordered from BigTime Battery.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it either to a store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.

 

I have a defective battery

You do not need to register your purchase with Bigtime Battery. However, you will need to keep your proof of purchase should you have an issue and need to warranty the item in the future. BigTime Battery emails order details at the time of purchase and includes a copy of the order in the box. If there is no proof of purchase, we may use the engraved or stamped date code located on top of the SLA batteries as a date of warranty. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty with no proof of purchase. Orders placed after 30 days of receipt, may have to be sent back prior to approval under warranty. 

Optima batteries are covered under the Optima Limited Warranty Policy. Optima batteries purchased outside 30 days from receipt, will have to be sent back to the distributor. Approval will be for Optima return will be provided once the part number located on top of the battery and non-spillalbel bar code number located on the side of the battery is provided and confirmed.

Returning an Item For Refund.

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.

If an item you ordered from BigTime Battery.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable, except if you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product. Prepaid return labels are only offered if the item was shipped incorrectly. Prepaid return labels have a 30 day expiration date. After 30 days of issue date they expire. Return shipping fees are the responsibly of the buyer, unless shipped incorrectly. Customers are also subject to a restock fee if items arrived back in good working condition but claimed they were defective. 

To Return an Item

Return the item, invoice, reason for return, and all original packaging and accessories to Customer Service at BigTime Battery 772 Twin Rail Drive Minooka, IL 60447

For all payment methods, an associate will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.

 

Marketplace Exchanges

Due to policies and procedures put in place by marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and others. We will help the customer locate the item in which they need and have them re order the correct item. Once the other item is received back we will provide a full refund less the shipping amount. This is only applied to customer who ordered the incorrect item.

In the event we send the wrong item we will gladly exchange at no cost.

We do this because we do not have the authority to bill the customers card in the event they don’t sent back the other item.
