Works as described 16.01.2020

Used on a marine battery I bought about 16 months ago which had not been charged since I purchased it. charged it for 3 days during the day and it worked just fine. I suppose I would give a higher rating if the instruction manual explained why the meter was bouncing after charging it for a day or 2 but apparently I needed to switch to a lower charge rate. as a novice that information would have been useful
